Her name is Jenny, and she was my nurse who watched closely over my care during my stay in your hospital. She continuously exhibited the highest standards of the nursing discipline. Her presence projected a high degree of experienced professionalism, a capacity to handle any situation, and complete confidence in her skills and craft, while conveying an intense empathy and a genuine personal concern for my well being that I could actually feel.
