I had my second total hip replacement. After surgery, I was attended by Natasha Moyer. This surgery proved to be a bit more troublesome than the initial one as it was a bit more painful. Natasha attended to me and did everything possible to pacify me and accommodate my wife's concerns. She was attentive, compassionate, and helpful, addressing my pain and concerns. She assisted us in getting signatures and the paperwork for my FMLA and those needed for my insurance. I cannot say enough about how much she went out of her way to accommodate and ensure my recovery got off to a good start.
