When the group came to give her the award, she was shocked. "I didn't think I would get an award for this. I just do it because I love my job!" As Linda opened the Daisy Award Certificate she exclaimed, "My mom's going to be so proud!" We're proud of you too, Linda!

I want to recognize that so much of the credit for my smooth recovery must be given to a wonderful nurse whom I was blessed to have care for me and my newborn daughter each night of my stay here. Without Linda's nightly diligence, love, and true dedication to my recovery, comfort, and emotional well-being, I don't know what I would have done.
