Patti was my nurse for multiple days, and she exemplified all the qualities for this nomination. Her caring and focus on the patient, her calmness and love for the job were evident from the first time we met. Patti was very supportive and took the time to listen. She made herself so accessible at all times and really listened to what I had to say. She made it so easy for me to focus on healing by offering support and answering all of my questions and those of my family. It is evident that Patti loves her job and cares about every patient she meets.
