Leslie had 2 of her patients nominate her due to the impact she has made in their lives to live a healthier lifestyle. One was a Diabetic that over the past year has lost 50lbs, reduced her diabetic medicine, and is completely off her cholesterol medicine. One patient has lost 18lbs and has given her better food choices, keeping a journal, count steps, and most of all given her encouragement and stated "She has helped me tremendously".
