Nicole works days, and she was our first nurse on admission. I had major hip surgery. She made calls to the doctors as soon as she saw how much pain I was in and made sure I stayed comfortable. She made sure my mom and I had everything we needed. She was also the nurse who helped my discharge go well. Nicole was so special through all of my stay which was 7 days! I hope you all know what an awesome jewel you have in the best nurse! I thank all of the staff as everyone was wonderful.

Nicole was the first-floor nurse we had after my daughter's 4-hour surgery. My daughter was in so much pain post-op. Nicole called and got orders for my child who was hysterical just moving from the stretcher to her bed after having pelvis surgery. Nicole stayed after her shift was well over to help our night nurse make sure my daughter was comfortable. She treated my child with dignity and respect. Nicole took great care of my child and is truly an excellent nurse. I am a nurse and have been for 24 years and she is awesome! I have only great things to say about Nicole.

She showed great care and compassion for our very worried family. She kept us informed regarding all procedures etc. Most important of all, she had a very good bedside manner!
