Mosie always amazes me for the caring and compassion she does with our patients. All I heard from patients, families, and visitors are positive comments. She is my role model for this. She is a strong charge nurse for our unit. When I think of Mosie, she's THE NURSE who possesses what a nurse should be. Knowledgeable, skillful, excellent in all areas of nursing. Dependable as a resource. Carries a strong positive attitude in all situation. What I like the most about Mosie is when our unit gets rough and very very busy, she will always tells me to do my best. She will tell me to get her if I need help even though I know she is very busy too. And I assure you if you ask her she will surely help you. If you have question about where things are or any question at all, ask Mosie she knows EVERYTHING. I LOVE working with her. Our doctors always look for her if they have questions. She has a very good relationship with them. Mosie is consistent with everything on this unit in care, safety, policies compliance, etc. In other words, EVERYTHING.
