Carol, went above and beyond, as she normally does, especially with a patient who came in and delivered a baby who survived his birth, but did not have the ability to survive his life. She organized food and a place for the family to stay, supported the family by getting clothes and blankets, helping family get photos, and she advocated for the patient by assisting the doctor in the delivery in a most beautiful manner.

Carol never hesitated to say she wanted to help this family, and changed her assignment to do just this. She does an amazing job, involving whomever she thinks can assist her, and takes her job very seriously. I love the way she never says no to difficult assignments and does an outstanding job managing them. I love her manner and I will always support her in these cases.
