Maria currently works in the Private Out-Patient department here at Akron City Hospital, and has worked on telemetry floors here at ACH and before that at Barberton Hospital. Her love though is the Infusion Area, "I love that I get to develop relationships with my patients". On the acute care floors, patients would come and go quickly and she states that "she always would wonder what happen to them, here in POP I can see some of my patients every week, others monthly but I am able to be connected to them".
