Jean has been with St. David's Partnership and St. David's Round Rock Medical Center for over 20 years. Jean received six DAISY nominations, all consistently noting her sincere, personal interest in her patients and their family members. She exhausts all avenues to ensure that patients' medical history and prescription information are complete and accurate. Because of her compassion and genuine interest in each patient's experience and outcome, Jean builds a personal bond with her patients. After conversing on the phone, her patients are so thrilled to meet Jean in person when they come in for pre-op tests or the day of their surgery. Jean's colleagues have a deep respect for her efforts and skills. For this, and other acts of compassion with patients, we are proud to honor Jean with the DAISY Award.
