Mark cared for my father following multiple surgeries. Mark is an exceptional nurse with extraordinary compassion. He exemplified this by the care he gave my father. In addition to the care that required the skill ofan RN, we were impressed at Mark's ability to treat my Father as "family" and with great empathy. After three spine surgeries, and tremendous pain, my Father was feeling defeated and melancholy. One evening my Father extended an invitation to Mark to join him for a cup of tea and muffins. Mark accepted the invitation and sacrificed his break to spend time with my Father, demonstrating extraordinary selfless compassion! This act of kindness helped my Father get through a very rough night!
