Hillary went above and beyond to please my mother and succeeded at doing so. She wasn't even our nurse, but took the time and patience to meet all of our needs and wants. Besides being a nurse, she is friendly, kind, and willing. To make a long list short, she is just really truly a go-getter, top notch, wonderful out of our way person, and an excellent representative of this hospital!

Hillary has been an employee at Northwest Medical Center- Springdale since 2011 after starting as a new graduate nurse in our MICU. She has grown to be a resource for our critical care team as a charge nurse and preceptor. Hillary is actively involved in performance improvement and employee reward and recognition programs at our facility. Hillary is an excellent representative of our standards of behavior and nursing team at Northwest Medical Center- Springdale.
