Without a doubt Jackie Murray has shown us that along with being a highly skilled nurse and caregiver, she is an extremely personable young lady. From the night my Grandmother was in her care the two of them shared a bond and commitment to one another that I have never seen before. Through faith they connected in a way that was more than just a patient/caregiver relationship, when time was available; before her shift, Jackie stopped by and had devotional and prayer with Grandma and family that was visiting. The two of them shared life experiences and Jackie showed true compassion for my Grandmother and our family, always willing to support and do all she could to make our trying time the most stress free that it could be. After her shift; one morning on her own time, Jackie, along with Kristi Martel RN came to see Grandma. They washed her and cleansed her hair.

Due to Jackie Murray's genuine compassion, caring unselfishly and her nursing professionalism during my Grandmother's stay in the CVT Step down unit, my family and I will be forever grateful for my Grandmother's "Angel."
