We can't thank Amy enough or tell her how much it has meant to us to have a nurse who treats us so well, and always goes above and beyond to find answers to our questions and ease our stress. Amy's extraordinary kindness, caring, and dedication to providing exceptional care for her patients sets her above and beyond.
My wife was pregnant with our first child last year. From the first appointment Amy made us feel comfortable and know that we would have a place to turn to if we had questions or concerns. As the pregnancy progressed, my wife developed gestational HTN, and we had many appointments leading up to the delivery, including having to be induced. Fortunately, we were blessed with a sweet baby boy.
Shortly after the delivery, my wife had an ovarian cyst that ruptured and she had to be admitted and she had to have urgent surgery. Again, because of Amy we were able to get easy access to the doctor and had a much easier time navigating the process of admission, surgery and follow up.
Recently, my wife unfortunately had a miscarriage, with potential complications that she had to go to the ER for. This was one of the most difficult things we have ever been through. Once again, Amy was so kind, caring, and empathetic during this difficult time. She helped ease our stress, and made herself available for easy access to answer our questions and get in touch with the doctor as we needed.
As my wife and I went through all these difficult experiences, I can't count the number of times we said "thank God for Amy!" She should be applauded for her exceptional care. Aurora should be proud to have an RN like Amy working for them. Thank you so much, Amy! You truly are the type of nurse that others should aspire to become!
