Penny has been a wonderful support system and has comforted us while our babies were in the NICU. She answered questions that sometimes we were scared to ask other nurses. She always made sure we were OK. She made us smile even when we thought we couldn't. She is an amazing nurse. We left comfortably knowing that our babies were in her care. Not only is she an amazing nurse, but a beautiful soul that can shine some light on many families going through what we are. We have encountered many great nurses but out of all them she has stood out the most and made this easier for us.
