My mother has received care from Vanguard Home Health, and I would like to say that we have been very pleased with the services your agency has provided. Darlene was my mother's nurse last summer, and we were very pleased that she was assigned to us again in December. Darlene is a brilliant nurse and a wonderful person. In addition to her outstanding nursing expertise, she is a very gentle and caring person; and she provides a great sense of comfort to our entire family, and is very good about communication, following up, and keeping us informed. She treats all of us with respect and exhibits a sincere concern, not only for my mother's health, bur for our family's overall well being as well. We are very fortunate to have Darlene looking after my mother. We appreciate the services your agency provides.
