I came to the ER in major pain with discomfort in my stomach. I was honestly very nervous coming here expecting the worst. As soon as Nicole called me back, she immediately put me at ease. Her attitude and personality were excellent and made me feel comfortable. She was so very attentive to my needs making sure I was okay. From being gentle with my IV (I have horrible veins) to even the way she administered my very strong pain meds. Her number one focus was my well-being. I've been in retail management since the late 80's so I am picky about customer service and proper attitude, but I can truly say without hesitation that Nicole is someone I would hire in a second to represent my company. She is the best nurse I have ever had. She is a tremendous asset to Baptist South. Thank you!
