In casual conversation a specific kind of hard to find tea was mentioned that my daughter loves and was looking for in Tuscaloosa. On her next visit to a grocery store Susan went out of her way to find the tea and called my daughter at the hospital to see if the tea she found was the one my daughter was looking for. This was done on her own time and totally went above and beyond in patient nursing care. She was also very attentive to our every need during her shifts. She even checked on me while off duty. She is the most knowledgeable and caring nurse I've ever had. If feel like I made a friend.
