Renate Wolfe was a wonderful nurse, very caring to me and my family during my husband's last days on this earth. She explained all that was being done for his comfort and my peace of mind. After he passed, she was so compassionate to me and all our family. I felt she was very caring, thoughtful, and a great nurse and lady.

During my dad's short stay in hospice care at Hancock Regional Hospital, he received excellent care from Renate Wolfe. She was kind and compassionate to my dad when administering medication and care. She was very professional and took the time to answer any questions that the family had. Her care extended beyond the patient to include the entire family. Working with patients and families of terminal patients has to be on the most difficult tasks a nurse must endure. I am so glad this gifted, compassionate nurse was working during our short experience in hospice at the hospital. Her empathy, kindness, and professionalism deserve recognition.
