Rhonda is always upbeat, a great team player and has excellent customer service skills. An example, last week Rhonda took care of a patient with pneumonia that wanted to go home the same day because her teenage daughter needed a ride to HCC and they were new in town. Rhonda by this time already had such a good relationship and rapport with this patient, she told her she would have her own daughter meet the patient's daughter and drive her to class at HCC.

This is just one of the many examples that show what kind of person Rhonda is and customer service.how she goes way above and beyond her job duty to relate to and genuinely help her patients. All of her patients love her so much. She is such a great nurse and coworker and exemplifies everything that a DAISY Honoree should have- kindness, compassion, empathy, joy, humor and extraordinary customer service.
