Having our son in the NICU can be extremely scary and stressful. After the first two nights we met Nurse Terri; how she changed our situation from stressful and scary to hopeful and confident was extraordinary. Her positive, calm, knowledgeable, and sweet demeanor have been blessings for us. She has taught us so much. She reassures us, educates us, and cheers us on. We would love to take her home with us. Our son's milestones have happened because Terri believed in all of us. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
