Ms. Sharonda made me feel like I mattered from her very first greeting with me. She was interested in how I was feeling. She cared so much she recognized my fears and was able to finish my description of fear. She helped me put it to rest by offering me a solution to how to make that issue better and I tried it and it worked. She always communicated with the nurse who had me before in order to better that experience or if it was no progress she would ask me how I felt and see what she could do to make my experience be a positive one. She loves what she does and does it from the heart. I consider having her as my nurse a blessing. I wish her continued success and growth in her career. Thank you Nurse Sharonda.
