I was an observation patient on 4 East during Easter weekend. Abby Harris was especially helpful and very patient with me. Without her help, I would have missed my new medications that were prescribed.

Easter weekend, my pharmacy closed at 3:00 on Saturday and was not open on Sunday. I had just noticed that when I called them. Abby was very kind and smart. She faxed my prescriptions before they closed so I could get my new medications on time. Abby also helped me make a medication list with times to take my medication that would be easy to follow when I got home.

Abby has a true nursing spirit. I could tell she really cared about me and all her patients. It means a great deal to patients who are sick in the hospital with no family around. I am one of the lucky ones who was under her care. My sincere thanks cannot express my feelings. Abby, you have the true spirit of a nurse.
