On an extremely busy day we had a 15 year old come in with slim hope of surviving and had just lost his mother in a wreck. Cara stayed at his side bending down talking and praying with him until they were able to get him to the OR. She never let go of his hand the entire time. Since the wreck, Cara has gone up to STICU to visit the patient and the family.
