I was brought in by ambulance at six in the evening and even though they were full to capacity, Jessica still made me feel I was her most important patient. She brought covers, supplies for bleeding, and socks for cold feet as well as helped with walking, and bathroom breaks. She is the type of nurse I want.

Jessica always goes the extra mile with her patients. Every time I am in one of her rooms, she is calmly explaining what is going on and what will happen next. If a family member is concerned about anything, she will stop what she is doing if she can and explain to them the situation. She always goes above and beyond to help her fellow co-workers.

In the last few weeks I've had to go to the ER on several occasions. Jessica provided exceptional care every time she took care of me. Making me feel at ease and being on top of everything that needed to be taken care of. She explained in detail what was going on and what the plan was. She is very knowledgeable and caring. When in times like this, this is the care that makes a difference on getting back on track to being healthy. I was very lucky to have her as my nurse. Thank you, Jessica!
