Cynthia brings enthusiasm and expertise to her work each morning. She is punctual and dependable. As a senior nurse she is an asset to the NICU. Many times Cynthia has gone above and beyond to accommodate staffing needs.
Cindy had already finished fulfilling her holiday obligation to work. She finished her shift and was planning a special dinner with her family on New Year's Day. Due to a call out we were left short and the census was high. Without hesitation Cindy jumped in to volunteer and stay. She is never afraid to help out and do more than her share to care for patients. She is a gift to her coworkers and the mother and babies we serve.
