Adrian was the man on the spot, always cheerful, patient, kind and professional and with a steady hand with our 91-year-old mother. We appreciate all the smiles and good cheer Adrian brings with him.

Adrian has been overly caring and attentive to my sweet 83-year-old daddy. Adrian was super busy and running everywhere but never once made us feel like a bother, he continued to give my daddy the best care and was right on top of all his doctor's orders. In addition to going above and beyond for daddy's care, he was overly caring and willing to ensure the family was taken care of and all questions were answered. My daddy was not always the best patient to care for, but Adrian continued to be patient and do whatever was needed to make him comfortable.

All of the staff here was amazing on the floor. My mother actually enjoyed her stay because everyone treated us great and answered any and all questions, but Adrian was so great and God send him to us. Thank you again for the great care given. My mother said Adrian was super nice, gentle, and caring. He had a great attitude, checked on me often just asking questions such as do we need anything. He is one of the best nurses I have had in 20 years.

Themes from several patient and family members: Adrian is always making sure we were as comfortable as possible, attentive, kind, helped a lot. Adrian went above and beyond providing care, and letting me talk and ask questions, and at one point during my stay, I was feeling depressed Adrian allowed me to talk and vent. Another patient said I had a complete hysterectomy with ovaries and tube removal, Adrian explained everything to me, what to expect and how to get through coughing and sneezing. The communication was amazing. I love the hospital and staff here in Lovington, you need to know that I am from Hobbs. Thank you and everyone at Nor-lea. You, Adrian, made me feel important. Adrian takes his job seriously, but most importantly, he makes you feel like you matter regardless of the reasons for your stay. Nor-lea Rocks!!!!

I came in with a chronic migraine and my nurse Adrian was able to relate and understand what I was going through. Adrian was very patient, kind and took his time explaining and answering my questions. He was shadowed by nursing students and even though he was extremely busy he took time to explain to the nursing students everything he was doing. If he had to leave the room to check on another patient, he always politely excused himself and always returned in a timely manner to finish what he started. He knew my migraines were bad and made my room comfortable for me, kept it cool, no lights, and spoke in a soft, kind tone. He made my experience very comforting. As a nurse, he understands my medical needs and how to attend to my care. It is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Adrian, for your wonderful care, you truly have the heart of a servant.

ER had an extremely busy day with sick patient and Adrian was asked to help in the ER. He willingly helped and exceeded in any assistance with codes or patient care. Adrian is always willing to help any time and assist anyone that needs anything. He is also always willing to help anywhere or anyone that asked. This is the true meaning of teamwork. Thank you for all you do.
