Throughout the whole pre-procedure process, Nikki remained very professional. It is very clear that she loves her job!
Besides her professionalism, Nikki truly cares for her patients. She went out of her way to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. From taking vitals, administering the IV, to explaining the process, to offering a warm blanket, her care relieved my nervousness.
