Enisa taught us the various positions to breast feed and burp our baby. Her time and attention to detail allowed us to achieve good breast feeding before discharge, improving the well-being of our child and our peace of mind.

Without a doubt in my mind, she made a difference in our care and outcome. The first night here, we were told that we most likely would not go into labor until second day. As my wife's contractions became more painful, although still irregular, Enisa agreed to check dilation of the cervix for us. It was 5-6 cm dilated from when we were admitted and last checked. We immediately were able to prepare for delivery by requesting epidural and my wife delivered 6 hours later. Because of Enisa's clinical judgment, we received timely and effective anesthesia and care.

Enisa went above and beyond the call of duty in 2 situations. During the last 2 hours of pushing', my wife had explosive rupture of membrane and the amniotic fluid got all over Enisa. While I did not want her to leave my wife's side, I asked her if she needed to change and she adamantly stated she did not mind continuing despite being soaked and I imagine uncomfortable in her scrubs. After delivery, my son would not breast feed for 12 hours, despite multiple attempts. Enisa stopped by that evening to say hello, even though she was not covering our room, she immediately offered her help and after 15 minutes our son breastfed for the first time in his life. I was so glad she came to help us because we probably would have settled for the formula diet which was not our original goal. With her skill, compassion and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty, Enisa made a huge difference in the life of my family. Thank you.
