Valerie was very knowledgeable, reassuring, and comforting throughout the process. She answered all my questions and was well versed in the entire procedure. Valerie has many practical qualities, a confidence that the RN imbues in her patients, an ability to allay patients' fears and a sense of humor, which left me with a positive attitude about the overall experience. Some things cannot be taught. This is why people who have a sixth sense of what to do are sought after. Valerie is one of these people.
