Melissa is a very hard worker. She often works more to help cover shifts. She does an excellent job placing beds and is willing to help wherever she is needed. She will come help start IV's even when she is super busy. She is always kind on the phone and has a positive attitude when called. It is always a joy to hear her voice on the other end of the line. She always finds our patients a bed when it doesn't seem possible. She definitely exemplifies the BSA Way. She is kind to her fellow employees. I am proud that I get to work with such a kind honest person.

Melissa is an awesome employee that demonstrates the BSA Way daily. She is cool under pressure while being kind to patients and other staff. In my daily dealing with Melissa, she works hard to place patients in beds in an effective manner. She is mindful of staff needs, general staffing concerns and staffing working hours. I am always happy to hear her voice when I call bed control as I know we are in good hands. She has a very difficult and demanding job that she does with class while functioning in the BSA Way, mission and vision. BSA, Nursing Service, and Bed Control are lucky to have her. I can't say enough wonderful things about Melissa Berry.
