Christina is a dedicated, enthusiastic team player. She observed all the ongoing nursing necessities and management necessary for patient care. She had compassion for providing whatever care and concerns necessary to comfort my mother as the patient. Her spirit and enthusiasm were always remarkable and she always kept us informed, calm and comforted. She even jumped in the bed to prove to my mother that the mattress they had placed for her pain management was indeed comfortable. My mother was not buying it one bit! Christina broke the ice for sure! I also found Christina was open to taking on tasks to help others on the floor, sometimes picking up extra shifts when a shortage came about as well as taking on CNA duties. She explained things objectively and thoroughly, answering ALL of my mom's questions, or found answers or directed me, the daughter, elsewhere for more in-depth dialogue. She did all she could to make my mother comfortable and manage her pain, even running all over looking for a softer pillow for Mom! She is a class act for sure!
