My nurse Vilma made my stay here so much better. She was the only one who could get my IV started after many tries by other nurses. She did on the first try. Other than her clinical expertise, she has such a beautiful, wonderful, caring personality. She is a ray of sunshine in this dark place. She is always smiling, calm and is so eager to make her patients happy and comfortable. Thank you Vilma for your positive and uplifting spirit and your sense of humor, you are the best. She made this feel like a vacation. Vilma has an amazing ability to keep me calm and laughing, even when I was stressed in the hospital. I was awestruck by her wonderful care. She deserves this DAISY Award! Vilma is a beautiful person inside and out! I was blessed to have met her.
