Cherisse Guinid made a difficult stay for me so much easier. I didn't think I would have to be admitted after surgery and when I was, I wasn't happy. From the moment Cherisse introduced herself, she had the qualities all nurses should possess- a kind spirit, compassionate, a servant's heart, good listener, and someone who loves what she does. She took the time to let me tell her my story about why I was here, insured I got all my questions answered, stayed on getting me the right pain meds with the doctor on call, took care of my husband when he returned to spend the night by keeping a lookout for him, never making me feel like I was a burden when I needed something, checking on me frequently and the list goes on.

This is one of many hospital stays since I had my mastectomy (2nd time at this hospital) and I can honestly say that she was the best nurse I have had. She deserves to be recognized as I have no doubt she treats all of her patients the same way as it is just who she is. She is an asset to your hospital. Thank you Cherisse for all you did me.
