Our patient returned home from hospital after a low potassium level, on Lasix with no potassium supplement. Michelle called the doctor requesting BMP lab draw to follow up, she received no call back. She called again with no returned call. Then brought to nursing supervisor who attempted to call with no call back, nursing supervisor then involved the marketing team who made visit to physician office the next day.
