Roxanne is a nurse who provides consistent and compassionate care at all times. She is willing to help out her co-workers and is definitely a team player. She continues to expand her knowledge base of the rehab process. She at times does charge nurse and is always comprehensive regarding the unit needs. She volunteers to work extra to cover staffing when needed.
