We drove in from Charlotte for chemo and I ended up being admitted for the night. My daughter and I were tired, scared and frustrated and had to wait 5 hours for a room. Debbie stayed on top of the situation, checking on us and keeping us informed all day. Instead of just giving us directions, she provided a place for us to leave our coats and bags, took us to the cafeteria and gift shop and then took us over to Reynolds Tower. She was very professional, personable and very reassuring. And she went out of her way to make us as comfortable as possible.
