Out of so many positive things I could say about Da-Anna, there's one that truly happens to be remarkably unique, and that happens to be her level of care as a nurse who is very unique. If there's anyone who needs to spend a minute more talking, Da-Anna is the person to go to. She's not only willing to listen, she is also very observant. Although having to tend to a number of things, sometimes one or more at a time, Da-Anna will address my concerns. She is able to multi-task and be flexible. Da-Anna surely meets the requirements for receiving the DAISY Award. Da-Anna, you rock!

I was very impressed with her nursing. She was kind, understanding, and most of all concerned about my family member, the patient. A patient here for the first time, she took care of him. She was especially concerned to let us know the seriousness of his condition. She and the doctor explained that he would not be discharged before he was ready or he would be back in emergency because his oxygen level was too low. Now he is good. Thanks for the loving care.
