Jenny cares about the well being of the patients we serve and is easily able to gain their trust. As a result, most of the patents open up to Jenny which allows us to work better with the doctors to help them. On numerous occasions, I have worked with patients who experience high anxiety or become upset and may need a PRN medication. Whenever I approach Jenny with a concern regarding a patient in our care, she will stop what she is doing and assist with the needs of the patient. This has prevented many of our patients from escalating behaviors and helps keep everyone safe. Jenny also works well with staff who are unfamiliar with our unit and are floated over from time to time. This makes it easier for the floated staff to do their jobs. Jenny is truly an asset to the Adolescent Unit and will hopefully be here for many years to come.
