As I was transferred from the ICU to the 6th floor, I was honestly frightened about what was to come next. Then the night nurse came around with Dandy as my night nurse. Right off that bat she cared and was very helpful with answering all of my crazy questions about what was going on and all of the medicine I was taking. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the medications and how they would make me feel. She also took the time to listen to what was causing me pain and how we could resolve it. She took the time to try and brainstorm with me about all of the possibilities that could have caused my injury. Her response time to ALL of my calls was incredibly fast. One moment in the middle of the night, my oxygen levels went down and she actually ran in here to help me!! I can't thank you enough for everything that you did. You went above and beyond and god bless your heart! Thank you again for everything.

Dandy is not only a knowledgeable nurse, she is caring and takes the time to listen. She genuinely cares.
I've had some hard days while in the hospital and she sat with me and was very encouraging and upbeat. She would even stop by on days when she was assigned to other people just to see how I was doing.

She is a protector, when she knew I desperately needed sleep she made sure I got it! Anytime I needed her, she came and fixed the situation.

My wife came in for gastric bypass and when we got to her room Dandy was super helpful, kind, very caring, and way knowledgeable about her job and my wife. She made my disabled wife feel very comfortable. Dandy may very well be the best nurse we have ever had.
