I came in for gastric bypass surgery. My nurse's name was Ashely. Ashley helped me a great deal. She was very professional and caring. She offered a lot of education I had not received. This is a woman who you can tell truly loves her job and her patients. Many times throughout her shifts she would see me walking and she would stop what she was in the middle of and walk with me and talk with me. I feel like this hospital is blessed to have her on staff. She always stayed on top of my medications, so I did not hurt more than I could tolerate. She is a true asset to the nursing community.
