On behalf of a patient in the CCU, I thank you for your incredibly attentive care you provided him. When asked if there was any nurse who was especially excellent, he mentioned you immediately. He said you made him feel safe when he was scared while intubated. He said he couldn't speak, and yet you found a way to always be there when he needed you. He said it was like you read his mind. You were always there. He felt incredibly safe and well cared for because of your efforts to communicate in a way he could understand and being extremely attentive.
