Leticia's tenderness and compassion displayed toward my husband, me, and our daughter helped to make the time we spent at SSH easier. Her empathy regarding all our needs and desires softened the sharp cutting edge of death's harshness. From small things such as hearing I like herbal tea and making sure she had a selection for me to wrapping me in a loving hug as my husband was being prepared to be transported to hospice, "he says he wants to give you one last kiss" she whispered. The nurse seamlessly provided all that was needed and more during a time of great sadness laced with deep love. Thanks for making our grief-stricken hearts better able to cope.
