My father was in the hospital for a week in the SICU unit. He had complications from open-heart surgery and passed away. When he was early in his hospitalization he was very sick and Hailey was such a vigilant and caring provider- going the extra mile to keep us informed, asking if we ate/drank, just caring for my dad in a complete way (us too!) When he became sicker and we made him comfort care she prayed with us, she hugged us, she was always ensuring he was clean, comfortable and that we were cared for as well. She had such a connection with us signing our open heart pillow with loving messages and talking about memories and the love that our family shared. She has a real gift.
Nursing is an art and science; she is a superior artist of her craft. I felt honored and loved by her (my family is so grateful). Thank you, Hailey, for making some of our darkest days filled with your loving spirit. It means the world to us.
