The day my husband was admitted he was met by Heather, her warm smile and personality as she greeted us. As Heather took vital signs and checked us in you could see her integrity of her position. Her commitment to her position was very good. We feel she went the extra mile being kind and considerate and compassionate. She was so very committed to good care. Words seem to escape me. All I know is she was a very good nurse. Excellent in clinical expertise and exceptional in delivering compassionate care.
Heather went the extra mile, always kind, always smiling leaving you on a positive note, a ray of sunshine in our grey troubled times. Heather should be used as a role model for all nurses. Heather took very good care of my husband she turned him, she held his hand, she dressed his wounds. Heather comforted me while I was experiencing the end of dementia with my husband. She showed so much genuine compassion. Heather was always ready for help at any time. I want to say thank you to an extraordinary nurse.
