I have been in several hospitals over the years and always felt like a number. It always seemed like the nursing staff only did the bare minimum to treat my wife or me whichever the case was. My wife was admitted to Phelps Health with pneumonia. Molly has gone above and beyond to answer any questions and use a language that we could understand. If we had to use the call button, she responded as soon as possible. She truly cares for and about her patients. Nurse Molly is a down to earth young lady who always has a smile and kind word for us. She has an amazing bedside manner. If I didn't know better, I wouldn't think there was a possibility for her to have a bad day because she always seems to be happy. We were blessed to have Molly as my wife's nurse for three nights and were made to feel like my wife's life and comfort truly do matter to her. I was so afraid that I was going to lose my wife and Molly assured me that the staff was going to do everything in their power to prevent that from happening. Molly didn't just take care of my wife, but she took care of me as well. She is definitely a credit to the medical field and to the hospital.
