Gillian provided the best service I have ever received at any level (from a valet to a CEO) at any medical facility that I have ever attended. No matter how many things she had going on with the numerous patients she was attending to simultaneously, she appeared right on time with exactly what she promised and with exactly what I needed every time with a smile, a joking personality, all while maintaining the utmost professionalism one would want and expect while awaiting an operation to have a stent put in, and all I wanted to do was breathe fresh air.
In order for me to achieve this Gillian had to return to my room every 15 minutes to release air from the armband to check for blood leaking. The BP Cuff was set to take my BP every 15 minutes and by the time my BP was read she was in my room to release the air to ensure I could get some fresh air as soon as possible. This in combination with having an amazing bedside manner and the ability to put a smile on my face during a very trying time, meant the world to me.
