How do I begin? Nichole was very patient, kind, calm, and professional. Nichole was never in a hurry and always took the time to listen to me and give me special treatment. I was a little confused after meeting so many staff members and started calling Nichole the wrong name. In a very patient and kind tone of voice, Nichole reminded me each time I got it wrong.
Nichole worked many hours and never complained about being called into work, being tired, or having to wear the gown, mask, and gloves. Nichole always asked me my name, birthdate, pain level, and if anything was hurting at the time. Nichole was consistent in my care. I thought of her so much as to tell her that I considered her my little sister. May God bless and protect Nichole and her family.
