Elizabeth (Besty) is a fierce patient advocate and a true asset to Holy Name Medical Center. Betsy is a compassionate, empathetic, dedicated professional who provides exemplary patient care. She always has a smile on her face. She is willing to share her knowledge and clinical expertise with others, she is a mentor to new nurses and a role model to all. She goes above and beyond the normal call of duty. When acting as a resource to new nurses, Betsy is very kind, patient and thorough in sharing her knowledge and guiding her preceptees to understanding policies, procedures and best practices. Her goal is to ensure success in the on-boarding of new nurses to achieve the final goal of excellence in family focused patient care.
