Andrea was absolutely wonderful and such a blessing to us and our daughter, F, while in the NICU. From the moment we met Andrea she was a smiling ray of sunshine to us as we were going through a difficult time seeing our newborn daughter hooked up to machines in the NICU. She took a personal interest in us as people - asking about our life, kids, and family. We learned about her and her family as well. She took such good care of F. Andrea has such a loving, caring and nurturing way about her, we always knew our F was in the best hands when she had her. Andrea was always there to answer any and all questions we had and always put us at ease. On F's surgery day she gave us a hand-written card of support and encouragement. It made a hard day a little easier knowing F's nurse cares that much about her and us as well. After F's surgery, Andrea would ask about her condition and progress when we'd see her. She was such a cheerleader for us and F. She always had words of encouragement. We are so thankful and blessed to have Andrea as our nurse.
